Reservation Department:
A deposit 50% of the stay will be required when making the booking. You will receive an email with the instructions for the deposit within the first 7 days that the reservation was made. If you cancel or change your reservation: 1. Within 31 or more days before arrival no penalty is applied. 2. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, the deposit paid (50% of the stay) is non refundable. 3. 14 days or less before arrival, 100% of the stay is not refundable.
