Massages can be taken by the sea or in the room (room option only for guests).
Oceanic Reiki
Reiki therapy connects the mind, body, and spirit, transmitting healing energy for deep relaxation, pain relief, and emotional balance. Reiki is an effective treatment for chronic pain, stress, and fatigue. The masseuse placing their hands over the patient’s body without touching it generates a sense of profound tranquility and peace.
Seabreeze Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage aims to deeply relax muscles, fascia, and joints, allowing the body to regain wider and “free” mobility. It also acts on the symptoms of localized and chronic pain. This technique does not only focus on physiological effects, as it can ultimately promote better posture, which the body can regain through this massage
Renewal Coastal Massage
This Holistic Massage focuses on physical and emotional pain, allowing internal vital energy to flow between the masseuse and the receiver. It’s perfect for both healing and prevention, promoting good health and well-being. Stimulate the body inside and out with conscious breathing.
Seaside Sports Massage
A Sports Massage releases stiff muscles and joints to improve their function. It effectively reduces stress and tension, promoting blood circulation and detoxification. The result is a feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation.
